The company can provide environmental and ecological consultancy services. Our surveyors are trained in ecological, initial environmental and arboreal surveys. We can also manage client requirements for more in-depth environmental projects. The field-based assessments for these are carried out by our sister company, Atmos Consulting. This has a core of 30 staff throughout Scotland, England and Wales. It can also provide environmental training courses for surveyors or specialist legal advice on EIAs, Habitat Plans, TPOs, Species Licences and Local Authority Planning advice with regard to BS5837 (Trees in Relation to Construction 2005).
West Coast Network Services aims to complement its clients' own approaches to environmental care and will work in partnership with them to achieve the most positive outcomes. A key element of these collaborative programmes is an Environmental Plan that supports the client's own objectives. WCNS will also adopt SLAs and KPIs that relate specifically to environmental issues which will form part of the performance measurement system for the contract.
