The West Coast Energy Group is committed to reduction of the environmental footprint from the work that we carry out. WCE Network Services insist that all chainsaws used on our behalf use bio degradable chain oil and low emission two stroke oils. The majority of our chipper fleet have been converted to run on bio diesel and all have low ground pressure rubber tracks.
All vehicles have tracker technology to improve the efficiency of the fleet when answering emergency tree cutting requests as well as in the reduction of unnecessary business mileage.
Any arisings from the tree cutting operations are chipped and stock piled for 12 months before being spread onto arable land and ploughed in as a form of organic fertiliser.
