The range of skills provided by WCE include; project design staff, control & planning engineers, urban automation project staff, senior authorised personnel, linesmen, jointers & fitters.
The company is working with a number of colleges & universities to provide apprenticeship schemes for aspiring overhead linesmen as well as personal development programmes and career progression for the more experienced staff.
